The Stitch and Savour Craft Group
Members of the parish run a craft group which we have named “Stitch and Savour”. The group is for the local community who are not church attendees and can have prayer and friendly conversations with the volunteers about life and faith matters.
We welcome any people who need a safe and welcoming space and wish to learn new craft skills and be shown kindness and support – if you are interested, just come along!

When is it held?
Every Friday from 10am to 12 noon excluding public holidays and occasions when the hall is needed for church functions. There is also a few weeks' break during December / January.

In the hall of All Saints Anglican Church, 18 Edward Street Mitcham 3132.

The Crafts taught are:
Knitting, crochet, card making, embroidery, cross stitch, egg decorating, beading, patchwork, felt toys and dress making. Craft materials are donated from the church’s “All Sorts” op shop and by the volunteers so there are no fees or costs to participants.
Morning Tea:
Morning tea is supplied to all attendees including the volunteers who help run the program. We provide homemade cakes, biscuits, tea and coffee all free of charge. We also celebrate birthdays!
